In most cases, HIV antibodies do not appear in the body until 6-12 weeks after exposure. In very, VERY rare cases, HIV antibodies are undetectable up to 6 months after exposure to the virus.
Also, it is much more difficult for a heterosexual male to contract the virus through vaginal intercourse. Most women contract HIV through sexual intercourse with bisexual males.
It seems you are about at that 11 week period, and my advice would be to go back in the next few weeks. Just breathe, you will be fine. But just to be on the safe side, get tested regularly!
