Hello. Thought I'd ask this question here and maybe get a response. This might or might not have something to do with an immune disorder, I'm not sure. For the past few years, whenever I eat when I come home from work, I get stuffed up and feel like I cant breathe. I came accross an article that stated that with certain foods your histamine levels could rise. It could be due to an immune response. Can anyone share and relate with this?
