Has anyone ever tried Rituxan for autoimmune disorders?

I am currently on Cytoxan for Henoch-Schonlein Purpura but my doc says I need to go off because of bone marrow suppression. I have read that there has been success with Rituxan infusion for autoimmune disorders. Doe anyone have experince? If so, what have been the side effects?
Any respone would be appreciated!
