Is S. Thermophilus bad?

I've been doing some looking around online and I'm finding conflicting advice when it comes to the use of probiotics and people with immune disorders and/or inflammation issues. (specifically with S. Thermophilus) Has anyone heard of this or experienced problems with it?
Thanks!
