physio pain please help !

hi all

i was in a car crash 12 weeks ago were i was hit head on i was put on bed rest for 8 weeks then i started physio ive done 6 goes so far and im not as stiff as i was but im very sore i get stabimg pains inbetween my shoulders and bad neck strain ans really bad chest pain.

My physio said the pain is normal and its because all the musles in my back are in spasm.

Has anyone else gone through physio after a crash?
How many goes did it take for you to get better?
Did you feel worse somedays than after the crash?

Please help
