TUMERIC-natural anti-inflammatory

I have systemic lupus and still in being tested for what type scleroderma I have. My Rhuematologist has been USA trained and from India. When he found I was trying Tumeric (used much in India) he was pleased as it is a natural anti-inflammatory. It helps me greatly rather then prescriptioned meds. While not everyone can tolerate this "pickle" spice it has cut down the pain considerably. If you are curious just look up all the things this spice helps. I also take Melatonin at nightime for a better rest. This too is a natural product and has many areas it can help. Good luck and God bless!
