maceemoo09 Newbie (female) Join Date: May 2011 Location: qld, australia Posts: 1	thymus gland hi im trying to find out my daughter had her thymus removed 12 mths ago when she was 1 it was removed as it was very enlarged apparently the normal weight for a thymus of her age is 19.1 grams she had 141.6 grams removed. im not sure if thiis is goin to affect her immune system and as it is so rare in australia i get alot of "i dont know" answers. i wasnt sure if anyone on here knows any general information? thank you
