ANA titer 1:320, what does this mean?
I was diagnosed with asthma as a child (I am 27) and I also have a heart condition known as SVT as well as allergies and kidney stones. Since January my breathing has been the worst it has ever been. I am currently on 16 medications and have little relief. I have seen multiple doctors, internists, pulmonologists, allergy/asthma as well. I had blood work done a couple of weeks ago and I have an ANA titer of 1:320. My allergist said that this is "slightly" elevated but he wants me to see a rheumatologist to check it out. I haven't read anything that says it is slightly elevated. I have no pain other than when I breathe and it is in my lungs and usually gets better after an aerosol treatment.
I am incredibly confused by all of this and do not know what to ask or look for when I see a rheumatologist next week.
I have had a sinus CT that shows swelling throughout my sinuses and nasal passages as well as a chest CT where I have multiple calcified granulomas, the largest being 9.8mm. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
