| IgA immune deficiency and low level of IgM, please help
I've had cognitive problems, episodes of fever, sickness for 2 years and my infectologist just found out that I have decreased level of IgA antibodies (0.04g/L) and also decreased level of IgM antibodies (0.6g/L). These are numbers for entire IgA and IgM.
They're suspecting that I have seronegative Lyme disease. But until now no antibiotics helped me in any way. Could this be because there is no antibodies (IgG, IgM)??
He said I have to visit immunologist because he can't explain this but I'm very impatient and would like to know what could this mean??
