CVID Diagnosis but rarely get sick

Counts:

IgG - 185
IgM - 16
IgA - 7

Was diagnosed in January while I was having some stomach issues...Have not gotten sick since then but continue to have stomach issues that Gastro doc has chalked up to IBS, this has been going on for almost a year. I find it hard to believe it is IBS, seems like it has got at least something to do with the CVID.

Anybody ever dealt with CVID and stomach issues but not having any illness?

Did you fail the vaccine challenge?? Because your IGG is normal. Your IGA on the other hand is QUITE low and more indicative of Selective IGA deficiency which could cause gut issues and more frequent infections than the average person

HA ya thats low. There are some people that never get sick and only have gut issues. I also know people who were diagnosed with CVID after finding out about a lung disease. Thats the variable in Common Variable Immune Deficiency.
