elevated igG level

i recently had a blood test done. My levels show IGA 357; IGG 1904; and IGM 186. I have not heard back from my doctor yet. Does anyone know exactly what this means. I have Sjorgens Syndrome and Rheumatoid Arthritis as diagnosis.

Re: elevated igG level

Im not sure this is all that high? I'm immune deficient and on IGG replacement and my IGG is 1456. If mine went up or down 300 points none of my docs would bat an eyelash. I believe 1600 or so is at the top of normal so you're not all that high. Plus every lab differs somewhat on what their normal levels are. IGA can be up to 450.
