I dont have personal experience with the sling, but I understand the new improved version often results in complete bladder control (I cant remember the brand name). Dr Webster at Duke Med here in North Carolina was one of the lead trial investigators of the sling and is confident about it, especially for men who lead just a little bit. Unfortunately, I leak about 500 cc a day and need to undergo urodynamic testing to determine if I am eligible for the sling. I'm about 10 years older than you, which is probably why I leak so much, or maybe my surgeon just had a bad day. Good luck
