Bed wetters? Tried avoiding chocolate?

I haven't seen this addressed anywhere, but chocolate is a diuretic and can cause bedwetting and urinary incontinence.

This happened to someone I know. She wet the bed for years, well into her teens, and nobody could figure out why. She stopped eating chocolate and the problem disappeared.

Other common diuretics are coffee, tea, and cola.
