| Re: PP Stretch Marks
THe best thing you can do is drink lots of water, even if you already have them. It is also best to take Vit E, K, Zinc, C and Fish Oil which are said to be very good for the skin.
I have them on my stomach, thighs, calves, hips and breast from my son. Its hard to deal with sometimes cause you feel like your the only person in the world that looks like a road map, but alot of people get them so it isn't all that bad.
Up until just a few days ago I thought my mother never had them until she showed me, she has them on her hips and behind her thighs...you would not even notice. She said they were as bad as mine when she had my brother and I, but years later they aren't noticable at all. I hope mine are like that in a few years.
It is also best to always us a good collagen/elastin lotion like St.Ives everyday, or mix your own lotions and oils, this helps to prevent any othes and keeps your skin moist and smooth.
