Re: Anyone tried the no-cry sleep solution?

Oh Wow! I'm not sure I believe this but it's been half an hour since my last post and all is still quiet in the nursery. I really think she's gone to sleep all on her own. I put her down awake in the cot and walked out of the room.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I just went in and she is fast asleep. I even managed to extract the muslin from under her cheek without waking her up (I know I probably should have left it there but I'll be worrying about it going over her face). Now if only I knew what on earth we did different today so that I can do it every day....

Re: Anyone tried the no-cry sleep solution?

Good for you, just don't get discouraged when things get back to where you started. I've had some good days too, but it's not consitant yet, I guess you need to be persistant and of course CONSISTANT. It is amazing though when you put them down leave the room only to discover that they fell asleep. I've discovered last week, that my DS really likes to sleep on his side, I think it reminds him of me holding him to breastfeeding. Let me know how it goes.
