| Croup versus Asthma.
DS has a bad cold that the whole family got. The doctor asked if asthma was in the family or allergies and I said no. His bark like cough and weezing is consistent with both asthma and croup, but what is the deciding factor or differences? I believe it is croup since nobody in my family or DH's have any of these problems as well as the breathing issues didn't occur until catching a cold.
