| Re: finger foods for 9 month old?
DD is almost 11 mos. now and has been enjoying just about anything as long as it's cut up small. Cooked mixed vegetables (frozen ones where the carrots are in little squares), cut up dry toast (no butter), cheese, meats, cheerios etc. Pieces of fruit are good too, but harder to pick up. We often just cut up whatever we are eating into really small pieces and put them on her highchair. She prefers fingerfoods to us spoon feeding her. Hope that helps!
p.s. I think this is obvious, but will put it anyways.....always supervise when giving fingerfoods, kids can have a tendancy to keep putting pieces in their mouth without chewing and swallowing what's already in there. Good luck!
