Mumps exposure!!!!! in 12wks

I hope someone can help me with this one. My DD will be 3 mos. on April 17th. My sister went to the doctor this afternoon and they diagnosised her as having the mumps...She took care of my DD on Monday, and this morning she was around my dd as well. What are the chances that my dd may get the mumps as well, what signs should I look for in my dd.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Oh no! I would call your doctor first thing Monday morning and explain the situation and ask for advice. Also, I would do a web search for mumps... I doubt that many people here have seen it (hopefully everyone is vaccinated themselves and their kids have been vaccinated, too... but that's a different debate...)

Good luck!
