I have a one month old. How much tummy time should I be giving her per day? Five minutes, 10 minutes, longer? She strains with it, but is lifting and turning her head.

Also, what other activities should we be doing for her development? I read and talk to her, and we're introducing rattles. She loves her mobile too. Just want to make sure she has the best start.

I think tummy time is kind of overrated personally, but if your DD is enjoying it, keep it up. Don't push it if she seems really irritated. She'll learn in her own way and time. As for development, at this age they're really focused on smells and sounds as well as faces. Soft music, your voice reading to her, the smell of your skin. All wonderful things for a 1 month old.
