Just wondering about other babies out there on when did yours start rolling over from back to front, babbling, standing, singing, baby talk (mama)?

Just curious is my baby is on the right stage of development.

Hi there!

All babies develop differently but I will tell you what my dd has done so far. She was 6 months yesterday!!!

1st smile: 5 weeks
started babbling: She started making noises early on but can't remember exactly when. she has been saying dadaddadada for awhile and when she cries she kinda says mamamama in a whiny way. Although I don't think she knows that we are dada and mama. She babbles all the time now.

She rolled back to front at 4 months and then front to back around 41/2 months. She was backwards on that one!!

She sarted sitting up with assistane about 3 weeks ago and just within the last week she can sit on her own.

That's all so far!

All babies develop differently
My DD
Flipping over f to b and b to f and sliding upward at 3 months.
Alot of cooing/babbling at 3-4 months and then it suddenly stopped for about 3 months
Sitting up at 6 months
Crawling at 7.5 months - started babbling again as well
Standing at 8 months
Wobbling about at 10.5 months

She is fstill not able to eat tiniy mushy chunks of food at 10.5 months.

My baby is 3 1/2 months. He's been rolling front to back since he was 7 weeks but has only rolled back to front a couple times and it was, most likely, accidental. He pulls up with his arms and can sit with assistance. He LOVES his Bumbo and Jumperoo. He hates tummy time but TRIES to scoot around. He has the leg strength but not enough arm strength to push up. He understands the concept of taking steps. His daddy holds his chest and he takes little steps, of course he has absolutely NO balance at at. All babies are different though and there's a WIDE range of acceptable ages for reaching certain milestones.

Nice to hear everyone's feedback. My DD is now 3 1/2 mos. and glad to know she's on the right track
