my son is 2yrs old he is constipated since birth.his doctors perfomed many tests, the only thing i now is his colon is longer than normal.they explained that this maight be the cause,he was taking duphalac from birth then lansöyl gel then now movical. the problem is still there iam verry woried please help me . / zulie switzerland/

My nephew had the same problem when he was that age also. I can't remember what the medication was that his dr. put him on but it really helped. Have you tried a really high fiber diet? I know my sister couldn't give her son cheese or banana's for awhile.
