The main thing is that she's still peeing. If not, go to a doctor right away. If she's just not pooing then it's not that big a deal. Is she straining to go or uncomfortable or, just not going? It's normal for them to go a day or two w/ no BM once in awhile. Some kids never go every day while others go 4 or 5 times a day. I wouldn't worry unless she's irritable and uncomfortable.
