| Re: windy, frequent night wakes
Oh my, that was years ago and my memory is not that great now. Problem began when she went onto solid foods (baby food). Took a long time to find what was causing the problems.
The peditrician did not want to test a baby that young, so, it was a process of elemination. Omitted all foods except carrots. After a period of time if there was no reaction, then added another food. Continued doing this until the guilty food/foods were discovered.
I belive if you omit all foods containing wheat, gluten, eggs, you will soon find the offending foods.
It takes 6-weeks for wheat to leave the system, so, do not introduce another food until 6-weeks after having wheat reaction.
If no reaction to a food for a few days, try another food, so on. If reaction, wait for 6-weeks before trying another one.
Being breast fed, you will need to omit wheat, gluten, eggs from your diet too. I would try those things first.
