anyones baby on this formula???? how did they do???

My son just got put on it yesterday, since he was screaming while eating!

My son was put on Nutramigen when he was 1 month old, at that point still powder added to my milk for the calories. Eventually, it was Nutramigen only. He was projectiling everything he was eating, every time, up to 15 times a day. It was awful. I KNEW it was a formula problem because when I stopped adding the powder to my milk, and gave him only my milk, he didn't throw up.
He does VERY well on Nutramigen. He's been on it for 12 1/2 months, and will remain on it until at least 15 months. The best place I've found to get it is auction sites. Other than that, Wal Mart is your best bet. They run about $25/can. At one point we were using 3 cans a week, and it was really adding up, but it is TOTALLY worth it.

My son was on that....recommended by the doctor which I assume yours as well. We had our dr write a prescription for it because he needed to be on it for reflux etc; medical reason. They pharmacy ran it through and our medical insurance paid for half of it. He was on it for a year so you can only imagine how much money we saved. I hope you can do this too. Good luck
