At six months I was feeding my little guy rice and baby fruit and veggies and the dinner meals. but start with veggies before you introduce fruit. Start with green veggies they arent as sweet as the yellow and orange you want your child to get used to the things that arent sweet. Also try one thing new every 3 days that way you can tell if you child has a allergic reaction with what ever you feeding them and you can pin point what it is. Hope that is helpful!
