Grace snores a little.... - Infant Care (up to 18 months old) Message Board

It's not all the time, and it is not very loud, but sometimes she snorts a little when she sleeps. She is not congested, and does not have asthma. Does anyone have any ideas about this?

Not really other than I know my 2.5 yr. old DD snores occassionally when she is exceptionally tired! She is not normally a snorer, though.

Ella does this as well from time to time. It's not really loud or anything, but I can hear it if all else is quiet. She has her mouth open when it's happening so I don't know if that has something to do with it. My DH snores like a maniac, so Ella's snoring pales in comparison. I wouldn't worry about it unless it becomes constant or loud and uncomfortable sounding.
