Unhappy Baby accidentally eat dental floss

My 18 month baby accidentally eat dental floss (some 10cm of J&J dental floss) and after 3 days her poop was black and stayed that way for another 2 days until now... today she pooped 3 times all black colored and very soft. what should I do? is that dangerous? can this be a sign of some complication in the intestine? what is possible treatments in this case?

Re: Baby accidentally eat dental floss

Please take your baby to the DR . Black poo is not a good sign. It usually means there is bleeding somewhere.
