lymph node knots, breast lump and breast milk - Infectious Diseases Message Board

Hi,I'm 25. Have 14 month old, not breast feeding, and still have breast milk coming out left breast, tried to get it to dry up for some time now, doctor found lump and now I found some knots in lymph nodes, its kindof achey since I have been fooling with it. The right breast got an abscess on it two weeks ago, but no knots. I'm wondering if it sounds like an infection. I'm kindof achey all overmy breast and shoulder and thorugh my back. Please Help. I'm going through almost the same thing right now. My lymph nodes started swelling under my left arm then I noticed a lump in my left breast. My breast, chest, back, and arm are so sore right now.At first
I thought I was having a heart attack! My doctor recommended a mammogram, which I got. (I'm only 25). It came back abnormal. Now my doctor wants more tests.By the way, I didn't have insurance, so she told me about a program offered through most state health depts. that pays for stuff like that. I was lucky! I was able to get enrolled.
