how to recover from mrsa

i got mra 5 weeks after tuumy tuck. I had one dose of IV vancomycin and now on oral meds...is that enough?

It all depends on how deep the infection was and how well you were responding to the therapy. If you were responding well and the wound wasn't too deep and there wasn't an abscess, most skin and soft tissue infections can be treated for as little as 7 days including MRSA.

Which oral antibiotics did they put you on? Septra (Bactrim?) Doxycycline?
