cat scratch ... no fever
my boyfriend got scratch really badly on his face by our newly adopted cat, 2 days later his whole torso is covered in tiny red bumps that kind of look like pimples.. could find anything online as to what it might be... any ideas let me know thanks!

Cat scratch fever doesn't have a body rash as part of the symptoms.

Perhaps he should see a doctor before he gives whatever it is to you and others?
