| Undiagosed illness please help
My mother suffers from a condition which the doctors here in Romania haven’t diagnosticated yet. It all started 10 years ago when some nodules appeared on her breasts which the doctors operated. Then similar nodules started to appear all over her body (hands, legs, belly). Up to now she has suffered around 50-60 surgical interventions, because these nodules have a lot of pus and they need to get out the body. Lately things got worse; she has this kind of pus in her sinuses and on one of the teeth.
A lot of analysis (blood, from plagues, from bone etc) has been made here in Romania, in one of the best hospitals there are in our country on infectious diseases. The results on bacteria testing are always different and confusing: staphylococcus aurius, staphylococcus plurianimalium, enterobacter cancerigenus, enterobacter cloacae.
She has been under a lot of treatments for many years with different antibiotics: linezolid, targocid, tavanic, biseptol, augmentin. Also test in hematology department, dermatology department, neurology department and they are able to give us an answer (what disease, if there is cure etc). The doctors here in Romania haven’t seen a case like this.
We are right now desparte because the situation his getting worse, these nodules are more frequent (she had 5 in last 2 montsh) and doctors here are helpless.
So, could you please help us with information about your hospital whether you think you could help us. Or any other kind of information we’d appreciate it.
