I have an appt with this doc tomorrow. I have Klebsiella Pneumoniae in my urine. I have had it now for almost 6 months and no antibiotics will get rid of it.
Im not asymptomatic with fever or anything like that.
Im not sure how he will handle this...my urologist specialist is sending me to see him.

I'm not sure if you meant to write that you are NOT symptomatic, but yeah, if you have no symptoms there is no need to do anything. In fact, using antibiotics over and over again will simply make things worse because the bacteria will just become more and more resistant.

Do you have any kidney stones or any foreign objects (like a stent) in your urinary tract?

I did mean to write that Im no symptomatic because I dont run fevers with my infections.
I have no stones or blockages or obstructions of any kind.
I do have a mega ureter and reflux to the left kidney and my bladder dont empty completely.
I actually had my appt with the Infectious Disease Physician today. He told me that he will do a urine culture and sensitivity today and next week call me with the results. His suggestions are that if the urine shows an active infection, that he will treat that accordingly and if not then I need to see the urologist again and go ahead with a surgical procedure to fix the reflux.
He seems to think the reflux is what is keepin the infections goin
