weird fever
I have a fever for more than 4 days. and I went to my doctor today, he said he doesn't know the cause of it. i have no other symptom. he check parts of my body and nothing is abnormal. my temp is at 99.5~100.5 and it never really went down. doctor gave me.amoxicillin, and acetaminophen. so questions is, anyone know possbile causes or possbile cures? i have school and work everyday, this fever really is not helping.

Did the Dr. ask for any tests to be done like a CBC? Have no idea why a Dr. would put you on any antibiotic unless they knew if it was a true infection. Sometimes you can run a low fever with something viral, but NO antibiotic is going to touch a viral infection.
