Unhappy Lymph node pain

Ok...I just found out last week that I have contracted the STD Tric...now I did not even know that I had this disease...I had NO symptoms at all. It seems that I have had this disease for a couple of months now. Now, my lymph node under my left arm pit is hurting, not swollen, but hurting, and tender to the touch. I can't even press my arm against my body. Does this mean I have HIV?
