cellulitis infection

I had a major cellulitis outbreak over last weekend (high fever, vomiting, body aches and bright red lower abdomen) My blood was cultured and they said it was normal. I started antibiotics Monday 9/12 and all the above symptoms have subsided except still in a good deal of pain, off and on slight nausea but not bad enough to affect appetite, and my stomach itches like crazy but the rash is completely gone. I see my dr on the 22nd, in the meantime should I be concerned? Strange thing is i have had several abdominal surgeries over the past 2 years and my whole stomach is numb but this pain I definitely feell!
Thanks for your input
