Cellulitis after partial chemical matricectomy Big toe

Hello
I have developed
Cellulitis after partial chemical matricectomy on my Big toe

That means a section of the toenail was removed (I have very curved toenails) and the chemical is used to stop the nail section growing back.

I have developed Cellulitis in my big toe and wondering if this is common
