Staph infection after 10 days of antibiotics

I got a small bump on my upper arm with redness around it saturday 10 days ago. Since I had read about staph infections and heard it explained i immidiately suspected it. Especially since the area felt very warm. I went to the emergency doctor and got precribed antibiotics for 10 days.

While most of redness has gone away, I still have a small are where the pimple was that is still a bit red.

Im quitting my oral antibiotics today.

Im a bit afraid that there are some staph left.

So my question is. Is it normal with this redness around were the pimple was or does it mean there still some staph bacteria left there?
