Strange skin infection.

I have a strange skin infection in the crook of my arm. There is slight redness, and a few little dots that look a bit like zits but don't pop when squeezed and are very small. I've had this for about a month. I also picked at the little spots and they bleed and scabbed slightly (the dark red bits in the pic are the small scabs), but it made them red around the edge (I know it was a stupid thing to do). Also, I practice Judo and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for about 8-10 hours a week so I'm naturally worried about staph. I've tried lamisil on it but nothing happened.

Here is a picture:

Re: Strange skin infection.

Hi Daniel,

Have you seen a doctor or dermatologist? Like you say, it may likely be an infection and you don't want it just hanging around. Let us know what you find out about it, would you?

Best of luck,
