Question Throat Infection Help Please!!

got a throat infection 3 weeks ago and got an antibitoic and it went got another thorat infection on monday got an antibiotic 250 mg 3 times daily for 5 days, there is white puss on my right tonsil bed its very small like took the antibiotics monday and today is day 4 of them the thing is everything i get throat infection i get cold chills and bit of a fever and weak and tired but this time i an kinda ok no chills sleeping perfect and feel okish like will the white puss stay there for a few days anyway even when taken the antibiotic??im gargleing salt and water as well 4 times a day like im wondering if its even a throat infection im eating perfect as well like (i have 2 tonsils removed but one tonsil the bed or base was left due to tonsil was so bad) any ideas?

Is this white puss running down the back of your throat, or is on the remaining tonsil? You could have a sinus infection if it's running down your throat. If it's on your tonsil and it looks solid, try googling "tonsil stones". They're small bits of food and other debris that get trapped in the holes of your tonsils. I have a few, and they're generally harmless.
