MRSA Nosebleed and Respitory Infection???

Hey,

I'm really concerned I had a nosebleed about a week ago - I was also cultured for MRSA for a hospitalization that required surgery - it came back positive. I'm worried that MRSA might be in my blood stream or infecting my lungs.

I have a very low body temperature 96.6 and my pulse rate is 48. I'm pretty dizzy and my chest feels tight although I can breathe pretty alright - the last place I wanna go is the ER (been there done that a lot recently) but I'm kinda concerned. There is also a bit of peeling skin on my chest - I suspect there is a pus abscess underneath the skin there.....

The surgery was laproscopic through my bellybutton and the wounds there look OK so I'm not too worried about that area but I think I may have a respitory MRSA infection? what should I look for/monitor I find it really unsual that my temp and pulse is so low - I've avoided painkillers for over 8hrs now and my vitals are still low like that.
