Clomid question - Infertility Message Board

I was on clomid for two cycles and am on a break this month. I am now on day 32. I usually go 28 days on my cycle but my first month on clomid I went 30 and the second month I went 27 days. Does it take a while for your cylces to get regular again? I haven't even went to get a pg test - I am not having any symptoms - no breast tenderness - not tired - etc.. I don't want to get excited for couple of more days.

Hi Inbamattc! I am not sure what to tell you because I did 2 cycles of Clomid and it made my cycles regular. I am crossing my fingers & toes that this is your month! I am also in AL and will find out Monday if I am pg on a Follistim/IUI cycle. HOPEFULLY there will be 2 BFP's in AL soon! Lots of luck and baby dust to you!!!

When I was on clomid my cycles were actually shorter. I am no longer on clomid (I only took it for two non-consecutive cycles) but it seems that my temperatures are all screwed up. I used to be able to tell pretty easily as to when I ovulated, but now my temps aren't elevated as much as they used to be. I think I am ovulating, though, b/c I've been using the monitor and it gives me peak days. I don't know what to think anymore. I feel overly sensitive to any change my body endures.

You probably ARE pregnant! I was on Clomid for my 1st pregnancy and had cycles like yours. I didn't have any symptoms but missed my period. I did the same thing. I waited an extra week to take the test because it was so exciting to think I may FINALLY be pregnant and I wanted to enjoy that feeling before my period struck to let me down. It never came. I I took the hpt and it was positive! I didn't have any symptoms until the 2nd month of pregnancy.

Go buy a test! Most likely you it will be positive!

I am on Clomid now again 6 years later. I am on my 2nd month. Still waiting to find out if it worked or not. The waiting is killing me.
