I have always had severe cramping my whole life. Depo Provera and birth control did not help. Then my husband and I decided we wanted to try to have kids. It took me about 5 months to get my period after getting off Provera. Then came terrible cramping. The kind of cramping where I just cried and could not get out of bed. My doctor did a laparscopy on me then started me on Lupron. He told me I should be pain free after getting off my Lupron. I liked the six months of no cramping-while on Lupron. But now I have started cramping severe again only two weeks after stopping the medication. I am not menstruating just severe cramping. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't want to get on any more birth control because I would like to get pregnant. Pain killers and Bextra are not working at relieving my pain.
Did he say you have Endo? Anything else? Did he take care of it? Did you see any pictures? Was he thorough in explaining what was wrong and what he did to remedy it? I went through the same thing,Lap then 6 months of Lupron shots, but my pain didn't come back for a year or two when the Endo returned...AnnaS.
