It might be a little harder for the sperm to reach the egg when you have a tilted uterus, but it is not a cause of infertility. There are several of us that have them, actually, they are not as uncommon as most people think.
If you are thinking it is safe to have sex without protection because you can't get pregnant, that would be incorrect. If you are afraid you can't get pregnant because of a tilted uterus, I would not worry about it. Like I said, there are many people that have a tilted uterus that get pregnant very easily.
I wouldn't worry about if this would make it difficult for you to get pregnant. Unless you are seriously trying to have a baby, it shouldn't be a big crisis. If you are seriously considering it, then I would just try for a while and then see how things go from there.

I have a tilted uterus and it has no bearing on fertility. My doctor said that 25% of women have it, it is like being right or left handed. It is nothing to worry about at all.
