Well today is the big day so I wanted to start you your very own thread to let you know we are thinking of you and to wish you lots of luck!

You are so sweet, thank you Ruby. Well we had to drive one and a half hours to get my iui done today, so my husband waited and did his "sample" in the shopping centre toilets so it would be fresh, so hilarious because I said to him, "we only have 5 minutes to get to pathology as they are expecting us at 9.30am, so be quick and don't make a noise so people know what you are doing" Ha no pressure there lol. So he did a fresh sample, took it straight to the lab.

His count was really good, the motility was good also, when they concentrated it, the doctor was very pleased! The iui procedure was over in a flash, it didn't take long at all, have any of you found that as well that it doesn't take very long? I am now on progesterone support and in the dreaded 2ww.

We have to BD tonight as well, so we are just about to do that!! Thank you for your good wishes, it really means alot to me.

Hi Mariella,

It sounds like your IUI went great today.

I also found the procedure to be quick and painless. That is really funny about the instructions you gave your DH before he went to give his sample. Poor guy.

Good luck! I hope your 2ww ends quickly w/ a nice healthy bfp.

LOL you're hilarious! Poor guy no pressure at all eh? Hahaha. I'm really glad that it was fast and easy, and all through these next 2 weeks, I'll be praying for you!!

So glad that everything went on smoothly. Poor DH that must have not been easy.
