are the possiblities good for IUI? I've read some posts that made it seem like doctors like to discourage the chances of a multiple birth. Why is this? Just curious...

mulitple births put you and the babies at risk. you would be considered high risk and there is a greater chance of low birth weight, ect.

I would love to have just twins, since I have to go through IVF to have a child I would love to have two babies at once and not have to go though the whole cycle more than once. My DH asked the doctor what my chances where of having twins he said that I could easily have twins or two sets of twins now that sounded a little scary. So we will see I plan on getting started on my cycle soon. Krissy

My DH is a twin, and as much as I wouldn't have thought I would be saying this, now that we are on the IVF/ICSI path, I wouldn't mind twins at all. I would like more than one child, and having two would be blessing

i feel all you women who route on this thread i would love to have a set of twins than my family would be complete.
