The RE office just called and this IUI ended with a BFN. Now I have to wait for AF to rear her ugly head and then call the RE to start again. I am so disappointed. I went into this so hopeful that I told too many people. I think I may tell everyone that I am taking the month off. Everyone has been calling to find out if I am pregnant. I have been letting the machine answer the phone. My BIG mouth was a big mistake. This month I want this to be between me and my dh and you gals, of course. But no family and friends. I know they mean well but they don't understand that I don't want to go over it with each person. Anyway, I think I will crawl in to bed with an ice cream sundae and call it a day. Hopefully tomorrow will bring AF and the start of new IUI cycle and some hope.

Sorry about the BFN. Don't feel bad that you told alot of people, you were just excited. I have told the whole world that I am doing IVF! I am thinking that the more people I have praying for me the better! this ttc thing is so emotional. You try and be so positive and and then you take the bad news so much worse. Have a good cry and eat a HUGE sundae. Things will look better tomorrow. If I could I would send you my dog and cat who always get in bed with me when I cry. Makes me feel better.

I am so sorry to hear about BFN..

we are on the same boat...I also got a BFN last Friday....

When I got pg for the first time last year, I was so excited that I told everybody immediately....a week later, I m/c and it was a nightmare to tell everybody..

and the hurtful comments people (family and friends) make....I just hated it. So, when I got pg again in jan/03, we just told our parents....so when I m/c again, nobody else had to know. But stil...my MIL told me that I was miscarring cuz I was too anxious..

which was not true...

Tmerone & minoche- thanks so much for your good wishes. It helps so much to know others feel the same and do the same things like tell everybody. I just went food shopping and bought all my favorite comfort foods and am going to indulge today and tomorrow start a new day.

Tmerone- I have 4 kitties that not only climb into bed with me but if I cry they meow along with my tears. It can get pretty noisey in the room when I am upset. Thank good my DH also loves the kitties. Animals are the best support!

Hi there. I am so sorry to hear about the BFN. I didn't even go in for my blood test today because AF reared her ugly head today. I also have very bad cramps. I am really disappointed too. I am thinking of you and hoping the best for all of us. Maybe THIS month we be OUR time, Tina, since we are so close to each other cycle wise! Here's to being positive! I know it's a LOT easier said than done. I am just wondering why it didn't happen when I ovulated the day of my IUI. I don't know if having one follicle had something to do with it. Anyway, I am in the same boat you are. Have a good week and baby dust to ya! Jen
