Clomid will stimulate your ovaries. If you ovulate, then your progesterone level will usually be fine. If you don't ovulate, then you will have low progesterone.
I'm not sure how your FSH level affects this. I have PCOS, and low progersterone to me means that I didn't ovulate. Unlike the last poster, I have always ovulated on clomid. However, glucophage doesnn't help me.
