Is it bottled coconut water? I have neve tried the bottled coconut water, and I don´t know if it is as effetive as the fresh one.
I use the "real" one, fresh from the coconut...if you don´t find the "green" coconut in the regular grocer, maybe you can find the "brown" one..it has less water, but still "drinkable"..:P

it sounds like so much work, but it really isn´t. If you can find the "real coconut" there, I think it is better than the can...
