Tubal reversal - Infertility Message Board

I just had a tubal reversal in February. I know they usually do a bloodwork up before surgery but they didn't for me except the regular CBC. Since I had the surgery, I found out that I am lacking in cervical mucus. I am soon 36 and I am wondering if anyone knows how to increse my chances of conception. I have done research and have started Evening Primrose Oil for the first half of my cycle and I am on Progesterone cream after ovulation. I am also taking an herbal fertility aid that comes highly recommended. I am on day 8 and plan to start Robitussin tomorrow. Is there anything that I missed? My husband is 54 and we have children already but the youngest is 13. He is taking L-Arginine to improve sperm motility. We are both on vitamins (mine is obviously a prenatal one). We are hoping to conceive before the end of summer but I am showing signs of decreasing hormones. What would you recommend and has any one else had a reversal?

I can't help you with the tubal reversal but am wondering why you would take robitussin if you have no cervical mucus. The robitussin is supposed to thin it out. Do you think it might you dry you out too much?

The Primrose oil and the herbal fertility mix restores Cervical Mucus by regulating hormones. So far it has been working really well!! Also, this is what was recommended on several sites to help with the dryness.
