How soon can I test after IUI??? - Infertility Message Board

I had my 1st IUI 10 dAYs ago.My RE said to test on day 14 but how soon could I see a positive? Do IUI's ever work on the 1st try???? I need hope! It is so hard to wait.

Hi

I had an IUI and tested 12 dpo and got a positive reading (line was very faint, but there nonetheless).
I'll be 10 weeks pregnant this week and this was my first IUI...good luck to you

Sammy, I'm one day behind you. Your clear to test 10 days after you hCG shot. However, if you test this early, you could get a neg when in fact you are positive. Remember, it only takes one spermy and one follie!
